How to find us
You will need to check in at the office 30 minutes before trip departure.
This is to ensure your trip leaves on time so everyone gets the most out of the experience.
Our office is on Smeatons Pier opposite the Harbour Masters office.
There are other boat operators on the harbor front so remember you are booked on BLUEFIN or YELLOWFIN
If you need any help with directions do not hesitate to call.
Parking in St Ives
We recommend using Park & Ride during the summer due to how busy St Ives gets.
Trenwith Car Park overlooking the town provides all day parking and there is a bus service into town.
Park & Ride
St Ives Rugby Club offers a park and ride service into St Ives.
Or for the best way to arrive in St Ives you can use the train from the St Erth Station Park & Ride.
NB. Please allow plenty of time to get to St Ives and Park particularly during the summer months when it can be very busy.

UK Secures 230t for Bluefin Tuna - What Happens Next?

The UK has secured a 230-tonne quota allocation for Atlantic Bluefin Tuna (BFT) for 2026 – 2028 following the 2025 International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) meeting on ...Good luck to all those that are fortunate enough to be out Tuna fishing today in what is the last official day of the recreational permit duration.
It has been another incredible and successful season for us and I am sure i speak for many when i say a massive thank you to all the individuals,Government departments and volunteers who make this all happen as it’s a huge task and everyone is learning more year on year about this unprecedented new fishery and permit process.
The Angling Trust have now taken on the lead role from the UKBFTA in representing the recreational angler and charter fleet so it’s really important you get behind them and feed back your experience of the fishery.
Our Diary is open now for 2026 but has limited availability so if you fancy a go at taking on one of these amazing fish then get in touch or you can book directly via link below with only a small deposit to pay on booking and the balance not due until the day of your trip.

Cleaning cleaning and more cleaning.🧽
Both below and above deck looking the best it has been since owning Bluefin.
7 days so far and still got a day tomorrow on a few small areas which will see the top side done.
Boats are being lifted out Saturday where we will start the underneath and the hull in preparation for something special that is happening and also some fancy Tuna finding technology 😉
Tea making station has also been started and will be completed early next week 🤔
